We've been going to Barnett hill for around 5yrs now , most the staff are very friendly (especially James on tills and Gemma the new girl on the flowers and plants ) she has made such a nice difference to the look of the plant area and works so hard to get the appearance just right, she needs a medal such a lot of work for her to cover . Staff in the cafe are lovely especially Diane and Jo and Max always happy to help , downside it's cold in the winter and very hot in summer, the cafe definitely needs Aircon

I visited on 11th December 2016, I have always enjoyed coming to Barnett's Hill for many many years, but the last couple of years have got worse, so when I went this year, I know I won't be going back ever!!!. the Christmas stock was awful, the products, the value, it all looked a mess. A lot of the stock wasn't priced, it was just a joke !!. You can go to a very large store in Kidderminster, get better dec's for Christmas, for much more than half the price, this company is taking the mick!!! I feel like it is going the same way as BHS, renting parts of the store to keep it a float. YOUR STOCK AND PRICING ARE ALL WRONG!!! Get back the old Barnett's Hill.

I love Barnett Hill, the soft play is lovely and clean and my little boy loves it. The cakes are always yummy and I love the range of home wares including the candles. (I'm a big Yankee fan). I regularly enjoy a visit with friends and can't wait for your ever impressive Christmas range.
