Long Melford is a picturesque village in Suffolk located between Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury, it has two stately homes, masses of antique shops and was featured in the TV series Lovejoy
The Garden Centre was built on land that belonged to Melford Hall ( Sir Richard Hyde-Parker) in 1983 and traded successfully until joining the Cherry Lane family in January 2002. The store has gone from strength to strength under the Cherry Lane brand, a coffee shop (Bizzibeans) was added in 2008 enhancing the whole experience at Long Melford Cherry Lane.
