Such a good experience - staff so helpful. Helped me exchange the wrong plants I had picked without having to go and do it myself and then carried them to my car. The gentleman on the till was so helpful.

What an excellent experience I received today - I had picked the wrong winter pansies and the man at the cash point asked another member of staff to exchange for me as having COPD could see I would be struggling to go back and change. The member of staff brought the echange and then carried them back to my car. Wonderful customer service not often seen in shops these days. Please say a big thanks to the 2 men on duty about 10.10.
