Poor service know nothing about fish, lots of dead fish and never answer the telephone

We arrived in the cafe queue at 12.03 and asked for a breakfast. We were told they stopped serving at 12.00. The sign indicating this is tiny and not obvious. Due to a specific diet I couldn’t eat anything else there and had to make do with a cup of tea. The attitude of both the
Girl and man behind the counter was appalling and my partner and I who are made to feel very welcome at garden centres alike will probably not return to this garden centre again in a hurry!!

I frequently stay in Wye with family and visit Bybrook Barn every time I come as it is better than any garden centre in my home county of Norfolk. Great range of all plants and gardening products and all other departments are excellent with sensible pricing. Staff are exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. Have used on line click and collect service for plants too which is excellent
