I visit this garden centre regularly and always stop in the café . the last visit it was a sunny day so I thought I would have a coffee and take it outside by the lake with seating area. I wanted to sit in the covered seating area but it was being used by staff having there break {I presume} do they not have a staff area where they can go . this does not reflect on there service as I always find the staff very helpful but from a customers point of view this does not look very proffessional

I visited today and was extremely disappointed with your Christmas display. I usually take my Granddaughter each year because the displays are magical. The one that should have been an award winner was the Snow Queen on a sleigh, accompanied by huskies etc., it was absolutely beautiful and lit up the whole place. I'm sorry to say that the theme this year is dull and unwelcoming. As for the Genie's lamp, it is dreadful. Looks like it has been put together by a class of ten year olds. Why was it left in this condition ? I would have thought that some paint and sparkle would have been added instead of being left in this 'raw' state. Regards Jean.

I have used Bybrook Barn a number of years and have always found their service to be excellent. The personnel are very friendly always putting themselves out on the customer service side of things. Excellent Garden Centre, well worth a visit
