Although we specialise in plants both indoor and outdoor, we also have a massive stock of everything for the garden as well as a 300 seater restaurant with patio dining, clothes shop, craft centre, food shop, furniture showroom, gift shop, kitchen shop and much more - all contained within our extensive 100,000 sq ft of covered area.

Oh my goodness. So much Stuff!!!!! The garden centre part of the centre was actually good but the rest of the Stuff was a mess , no continuity Stuff all over the place no flow it doesn't seem to have changed for years. ,,,, It seems to only cater for golden oldies The restaurant very poor nothing of any great interest the usual Stuff. !!! Nothing looked particularly appetising / fresh /. same old same old. When was the last time the menu was updated ???? by someone who knows about food and marketing. The outside areas where filthy, there was old broken pots / ornaments / furniture /. Litter ..... I don't know who manages Caldwell. ?????? They need sacked You won't get my money

i was back at your centre after 4 years and found yet again your range of products is superb so much so that l spent nearly £200 on water features and christmas goods also your resturaunt well well stocked for afternoon teas. when l was last down from Shetland l noticed the 2 Giraffes at that time were a vibrant yellow/ brown but this time unfortunately the weather has not been kind to them this time. l had made enquiries to buy them at thet time but sadly rescources at that time were tight . So l am making a request to see if they are still for sale and at what cost taking into consideration the condition of them

My visit to this garden centre was very disappointing, We decided to have lunch and chose the roast beef and trimmings which was cold,and at the cost of £7.45 for two small slices of roast beef I felt was not value for
money a member of staff offered to heat it up but we declined and got our money back,this is one place we will not be in a hurry to come back to.
