Cherry Lane - Pulham Market Garden Centre

I was extremely disgusted at the service I received from the plantation café today. I ordered a hot chocolate and when I was given it, it was stone cold. As it was my lunch I also ordered a cheese and potato pie if you can even call it that. It was more like a displeasing lump of cold mash. It was inedible. It was dry and tasted weird because of whatever spice you decide to put in it, it lacked the cheese which is the main point of a CHEESE and potato pie. I am absolutely appalled at the very slow service I received as you were understaffed, which is understandable but there is still no excuse for the poor food standard. I have been here before and never received service as bad as this. It does not make the customer feel as though they want to come back after getting such a let down of service and appalling food standard. Absolutely disgusted.
