Visited the garden centre before Xmas so my grandson could see father Xmas it was amazing going through the yellow brick road seeing beauty and beast it was amazing and Santa's helpers we very.very helpfull can't wait to return this year x

terrible customer service, left s in house email compliant on the friday, no answer on the monady sent another in house email. totally ignored.
phoned their office spoke toa young employee who couldnot handlemy copmplaint went to find a Manger, got cut off, repeat phone call employee said she would find a manager and ask them telphoneme, seven days still waiting.
Infuture I shall not be visiting this garden centre again but will visit the nearby Squire's at Long ditton. who value their customers.
