I was looking for tomato plants, none to be found in my area and I only buy sungold. Phoned Chigwell, staff checked...in stock. Plants in good condition, cheaper than I have previously paid. Staff really helpful, and did the heavy lifting for us which was appreciated. Bought other bits too as we liked the look of the nursery. We will return in future.

As someone who has been a customer for years I can honestly say this is the best garden centre for miles around. They manage to pack a huge selection of quality plants and accessories of all types into the space available while keeping everything extremely well organised. If I want/need anything for either my garden or allotment then Chigwell is always the first port of call. The Christmas display they put on each year is wonderful and well worth a visit just to see too.

Good produce but let down by sullen, rude staff. On a recent trip to purchase a Christmas tree we were met by some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The lady owner was so rude in her response to a question asked by my mother in law about the trees that we left and took our custom elsewhere.
