Sadly I didn't check out the reviews before ordering from this outfit, because it appeared that what I wanted wasn't available elsewhere. I could go on, but everything the bad reviews say seems to me to be true. The phone number on their website always rings out. The only acknowledgement I received for my online order was automatic and cursory, from the website. When I chased for an update a few weeks later I was told my trees (apparently in pots) had been dispatched but must have been lost by the courier, and bare root replacements would be sent in 7-10 days. After some chase-up messages a few weeks later I managed to catch them on the phone and was told brusquely what I had previously heard was impossible as they hadn't started sending bare root stock out yet, and it would be another couple of weeks. After further chase-ups I have now been told my order was cancelled and refunded last week. Whatever they're in business for, they seem well worth avoiding to me.

Definitely not recommended plants on delivery are sub-standard and contact with the company is treated with distain. I would steer clear of this company to avoid a most upsetting experience.

Ordered several varieties of strawberry, received completely dead and rotten runners that were mushy to the touch, email same day with photos only for them to lie that the 'appearence' was normal. E-mailed back that I'm a collector of strawberries, have had hundreds of dormant runners and know the difference between a live and dead one, email ignored. Sent them back, refunded (but not p&p) but they claimed I'm the one that killed them, despite photographic evidence of them dead on delivery. Won't own up to their mistakes, AVOID!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered from this company after seeing an advert in a respectable gardening magazine. Seemed to have a good selection of fruit trees and web site is set up very well. When the order arrived I openend it to discover that two of the fruit bushes ordered were not included. I tried to phone the company to obtain the remainded of my order however could not get through to anyone. I then sent an email asking for the rest of my order and then received an email telling me I had been refunded but I could reorder them if I wanted. My issue here is that I would then have to pay postage again in order to receive what I had originally ordered. I then phoned them up and managed to get through to a very rude man who essentially told me that they had no proof I had not received the order!! He refused point blank to honour the original order unless I paid the postage again - to cover their error!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS

Unfortunately, these people took my money but only gave me part of the order and even that was poor quality. They ignored my complaints and left me quite upset by the whole affair.
