Very disappointed purchased a willow flocked tree Christmas decoration costing £50, only lasted a week, before it started cutting out, but not all the time. Think this was caused by all the rain we had, so once it dried out it started to work again.
Took back to garden centre, as not happy having a faulty item on my electrics. But because it was working for them they will not replace (had no more left) or refund. They tested for a week, but as did not fail for them (they tested in doors for most of the week only out out doors when I asked if they had done a test outdoors), I feel they basically called me a liar.
I have used this garden centre for years and bought loads from them, I won't be using them again if this is how they treat loyal customers.

Amazing staff and great prices. Have a nice variety of plants, shrubs and roses, all at reasonable prices. Staff are garden experts and they are more that happy to help. Great cafe/coffee shop on site that do the most amazing mochas! Definitely recommend - and has easy connections to the Basingstoke/Tadley area.

Whilst the centre is popular and do stock a good range of gardening products I have found plant knowledge is very limited. I prefer to go to white tower nurseries in Aldermaston and Wolverton nurseries where the owner's have a wealth of knowledge and offer great advice on how to care and even take cuttings to produce more for your money. I have taken photos of plants on my travels then they have ordered them in for me.
