I visit Frosts Garden Centre Willington in Bedford a lot and have always found the staff very helpful. The displays of flowers , shrubs and bulbs when seasonal are exceptional. We have eaten in the restaurant on a few occasions and never been disappointed. I treated my sister to the afternoon tea available (my sister is an afternoon tea addict) at Willington and we both agreed is was the best afternoon tea we had ever had Lovely choice wonderful service and surroundings.

Went with my mum who was in a wheelchair. Greeted upon entry which is always a good sign of a business that wants you there. Cashiers prompt and polite. Only wish somebody had offered to help to take items to car. Nobody around to ask or offer advice, Only one disabled trolley available which was awkward to attach so we ditched and mum had to hold a basket not very helpful. Would have spent more money but could not fit into basket.

Plants shrubs etc are always of good quality, never had a failure yet, very knowledgeable staff always willing to help as I class myself as a novice. Nice to stop for tea/coffee and a large selection of cakes, sometimes I even have a sneaky breakfast, very nice.
