I visit the garden centre frequently and park outside the Costa entrance because I have difficulty walking some days due to a back injury. I go in for a coffee only some days with friends, please can you tell me why on earth you cannot exit through the Costa entrance, which is clearly marked FIRE EXIT?? By parking outside Costa I thought it would be easier but alas no, after partaking at the said coffee, I then have to trail back through the garden centre all the way round to my car!! I presume one of the reasons customers are not permitted to exit at Costa entrance is that hopefully they will make purchases as they go through to the tills!! Extremely inconvenient to all of those who only want refreshment. Kind regards, Julie Taylor.

I have always enjoyed my visits to your garden centre ,miss the lizards to be honest but that aside ,Your range of goods and the consideration of your staff is excellent . On Sunday while my wife was looking for plants I walked my dog ,down through the open gates into what I took to be an overflow car park , its a mess down there , while I have no idea what you have in mind for the space ,as a sculptor and model maker I could see it very easily ,as a small arboretum and sculpture Park , with sensitive planting . It would also work well as a safe children's play area. and seating for adults . Whatever you choose to do with the space I wish you luck ,it seems a waste for it to be just waste . MK Baker BA Ps I do like a miniature village with a railway ,or even a really crazy ,crazy golf . Just a few thoughts ?

What a surprise it was, yesterday, whilst visiting this garden centre, to see a beautiful NATIVITY SCENE, the meaning of Christmas, a pleasure to see, thankyou.
