Plant of the week: Dahlia

One of the true sights of Summer - The beautiful Dahlia comes in so many shapes and sizes it's difficult to keep up with them all! Each one is stunning, blooming profusely against a leafy background, and they can be grown in borders, as bedding plants, in pots and containers, and of course as they are generally quite tall, they can make a beautiful display at the back of a bed, and used as cut flowers indoors! Smaller varieties are also available as bedding plants – available in all good garden centres!
