Norton Garden Centre

Not at all happy... we visited on Monday afternoon to have a meal in the restaurant...when we walked through the garden centre to the restaurant we were met by a young lady who said they had to close as they had run out of hot water. It was a fair comment and we understood. We were out and about again today and one of the family rang to the garden centre to check the hot water problem had been fixed, the answer came back ‘yes, no problem’. We duly drove out, walked through the garden centre again only to be met with the same problem, closed due to no not water. Why, oh why couldn’t one of the staff taken the initiative to have put a sign in the car park explaining the restaurant was closed. We have supported James and the garden centre for many years, we visited the restaurant when it opened and were very impressed but to expect people to walk the long way round only to be met with closure two days running is disappointing to say the least.
