Visited while in the area for a couple of days what a wonderful place one of the largest and certainly the best we have been to and we have been to many nothing is to much trouble on the way back to our car we were looking around to see where the car park was and a young man stopped to ask if we needed any help even though he was obviously going for lunch. Then we spotted a beautiful potted rose but we had a 11/2 journey so a young lady called Carla lined a box with plastic watered it and then carried it to the car fitting it in the back for us so impressed with the whole visit

Thank you all for accommodating 28 of us for lunch. today at extremely short notice. We were booked in for a cream tea but the British Summer foiled our plans and we were drenched visiting our first stop. We were greeted by helpful smiling staff who made us feel welcome. Lunch was delicious and we walked it off by lots of retail therapy. The cream tea was scrumptious, with freshly baked scones, tasty jam and super thick cream!!! For a lot of our passengers limited mobility prevents them going out regularly. An experience such as the staff gave us at Otter Nurseries today boosts their confidence no end. The buses on the way home took on the appearance of a mini garden centre, with hanging baskets, orchids and beautiful Agapanthus plus several other plants. Thank You again. We shall be back next year. Our bus project is a not for profit charity. We hire the buses, access public funding, do our own fundraising and this helps to subsidise the cost of travel
