This garden centre is situated in a really beautiful spot.Not only is a delight to browse around the vast selection of plants but if you have time stop and have a coffee or something to eat.The cafe is staffed by the most friendly and helpful staff and the food is delicious.
We were there yesterday to buy various plants but particularly bags of compost.My husband suffers with back problems but was given very willing help from Sean W.He took us to the car and loaded the compost into the boot.We were very grateful.Thank you Sean.

One of the best garden centre's around, great plants and excellent service so much to see!!! love to visit.

Moved to Paignton last year to a blank canvas garden. The staff at Otters were so helpful in advising us on plants shrubs paving etc. They even transported our stuff and loaded it in our car. Been back many times and always welcomed with a smile and staff always willing to help. Our dog was allowed in too on a lead but not in the café. Everything we have purchased is of excellent quality and we hope to use otters for many years to come building up our stock and knowledge of how to care for it all. We plan to visit again next week and get summer bedding and have a meal in the café.
