I bought a patio dustpan and brush. After deciding it was unsuitable for someone getting on in years, I took it back, but in the meantime, I had lost/mislaid the receipt. I was prepared to go to the bank and get a statement printed, the woman with short gingery hair was adamant. I need to see the receipt. I won't be returning either, like a customer that bought ankle boots. It is early October, and Christmas decorations are out, even a plastic transparent snowman lit up to give a snowman effect, has a movable head, that moves from side-to side. Definitely not worth a visit. Very disapointing!! Read less
bought some ankle boots have been wearing them on an off for a couple of months, and the toes have scuffed really badly, when i rang otters in plymouth they told me i cannot change them as i have lost the receipt,,,, really bad costomer sevice will not buy from them again
This is a great little garden centre, also selling local food produce, and good quality clothes. The cafe is worth a visit and is good value for money.
