Palmer Plants

Absolutely disgusted with a rooted Christmas tree that started to fall the day after it was delivered. I was given the option of cash refund or Credit. As this was in memory of my husband for our Anniversary on Christmas Eve, I was really disappointed. I chose a bay tree in the end. I didn’t expect very much from Sarah as a way of apology and inconvenience, but I got absolutely nothing. I had to clear all the Pune needles, replace 2 glass baubles that had smashed on the floor, as needles were falling off like a cut tree does. I paid for a cleaner to come and help me as I am disabled. I have bought trees and plants from Palmers since they opened. They obviously don’t care and certainly don’t know or value their customers. Tong Garden Centre in future!!!
