What ever has happened to the soft play !! I visited at 10 am on 6/11/15, paid for 2 children and was astounded when I entered, every table was piled high with dirty plates, the soft play area was over crowded with too many children and adults ( at least 12 adults in the actual soft play). In my opinion it was un safe, the staff eventually stopped more coming in but that didn't help the children who had already paid. I questioned if there was a max number and was told there was but the didn't count the adults in this number. The staff were rude, abrupt and seemed to be running around like headless chicken. I will not visit again as other soft plays in the area are similarly priced but they offer a safer, pleasant experience for both children and adults.
