I have been waiting for anyone from this garden centre to get back to for almost two weeks. They have not replied to my emails or the only message I was able to leave on the phone, as the messages are always full. We are all going through a terrible time at the moment but they have taken payment for my order with no notification that I will ever receive it. A deplorable lack of customer service, any type of contact would have been welcome, just to keep me informed.

I have been using this garden center for just over 10 years, in 2001/2 I lived in Eltham SE9, And we would visit our daughter and family every weekend usualy Fri-sunday pm and always during about 300/400 plants as you can tell we love our gardening, and May after the frosts have gone we would buy in the region of have had such beautiful displays all through the summer. In 2003 we moved to Church Langley Harlow to be near the family, and when people ask me where do you get all your plants I tell them Plants Galore. Im not to sure but most of the staff are Polish and so is the lady who seemed to be in charge. Always very polite and helpful, and new what they were talking about, They always have a very good selection and good quantities of all their plants. Their prices are very keen and are far cheaper than the other nurseries around, also their Hanging baskets are3 the most plant filled and price is at least 50% cheaper than elsewhere, so it is quite a saving and can buy more.
