Hate this shop and their non customer friendly no refund policy. I accidently bought the wrong sized (large/expensive) plantpot in my high cost purchase and they would not allow me to exchange or return the wrong sized pot without spending the difference. It may not be a legal requirement but if they expect my custom ever again they can think again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THEIR NON CUSTOMER FRIENDLY IN STORE POLICY
