Very good selection of plants but I was disappointed to find they do not accept contactless payment under £15.00 and my order was about £12.00. Apart from being very old fashioned, having to pay in cash and accept coins and notes back from the cashier at this time when the coronavirus is such a threat is very irresponsible. So come on Plants Galore and suspend your rule until the virus has been beaten, you are putting your staff and your customers at risk. Hopefully, you will then make the suspension permanent, otherwise I will stick to Endsleigh, where I can pay by card for any amount.

Lovely, every time I go there I get lots of lovely plants for my garden border and pots, so much choice and good prices specially when you buy in bulk

I think Plants Galore Plymouth need to review their payment options for customers and also invest in new quicker card machines.
I don’t carry a lot of cash these days and use my card wherever I do my shopping. Usually there is no price limit on a purchase. At the till today my daughter and I were told that cards are only accepted on purchases of £15 and over. That is a lot of money. This meant that one of us had to pay for all the items meaning that we then had to sort out the finances by making a trip to a cash machine on the way home in order to settle our payment made to Plants Galore. I would like to become a frequent visitor to the garden centre and always buy something but not necessarily to the value of £15. At that rate I shall feel more inclined to go elsewhere.
