Brought a blue hydrangea last Sunday which was in tight bud, on Thursday it started opening and turned out it was pink. I phoned up and explained they put another blue one at the till ready for me to exchange, but this one was in tight bud and as it was a 60 miles round trip I wasn't risking taking it in case it turned out to be pink, so I chose a creamy coloured one. When I got to the till the lovely owner was there and he gave me the blue one as well. Top marks for this wonderful garden center for looking after its customers.

Booked a group of 19 Senior Citizens in for lunch. We were made welcome from the minute we arrived.
Food was excellent ... those that had the fish were still talking about how good it was on the journey home.
Staff took really good care of us. We had the OAP special - £9.50 for main course, dessert and tea /coffee.
If there was one small complaint it was the limited quantities of desserts available but, the quality was really good. And, so nice to have fresh veg with the main courses.
We will definitely return. We had time to look around the rest of the garden centre and most people bought something and as soon as we started to queue to pay, more tills were opened ... so nice not to be kept waiting to pay. This place gets 5 star.

I love visiting Raglan Garden Centre we are very local and visit very often. I am always very pleased with the service too but not on this occasion. I was with my son who is two years old and as you can imagine is very interested in everything. We got to the tills and a lady served me who couldn't seem to scan my Christmas baubles for the price while keeping a close eye on my son she suggested that I would go and get another one from the shelf, I said to her that this would be difficult as my son would want to follow me and pick up more items and also I thought that this was not my job to do that! To my astonishment the lady serving us said a very faceitous comment
"Oh the world will end!"
I am sure you do not want you customers to be treated in this unprofessional manner and I hope you will deal with this appropriately.
