At least they stocked what I was after, apart from that I have nothing positive to say. Their refund/return policy is diabolical and the staff were incredibly unhelpful. I wanted garden pebbles which they stocked in bags priced at £8.99 or £16.00 for two bags. I needed my daughter (at home with two-day old baby) to see what I was choosing, but was told that if they weren’t right I could not bring them back with my receipt. So knowing that I would need four bags, I had to drive 4 miles home and back after getting approval. I then ordered three more bags but was not permitted the special price for four bags total (2x2). No apology the inflexibility of the system or policy, just “you wouldn’t get that at Sainsbury’s”. I doubt that’s true, but it’s not the money. Indeed to prove the point I put an extra £2.00 in one of their charity boxes. I won’t be going back, for the sake of a miserly couple of quid their Sunday staff have cost them potentially hundreds of pounds and this negative review. Congratulations guys.

If I want anything for my garden nothing is to much trouble and the advice they give is priceless. Recommend this garden centre for everything from flowers soil ground cover pots everything you would need.
