Bought turf from them to cover a large area. Every single turf roll was in excellent condition, and even with my “you tube” Lawn skills, it is growing away a treat three weeks later.

I had such high hopes in my initial dealings with Otter Nursery but their attitude to failure to thrive in one of my plant purchases has meant a loss of trust on my part. I was met with indifference and, it seems, a total lack of 'after sales service'.
