My partner and I were in the cafe this morning, on the way out found a pair of lunar shoes that I liked, decided to buy them, £39.99, the assistant scanned them at the till I had £2.50 rewards voucher, she then said that the total to pay would be £45.49, I told her the price on the box was £39.99, she agreed this was correct and called for a supervisor, she said that all the shoes with the thick sole were £47.99, I said that all the shoes in the same colour and style that I had purchased were priced at £39.99, she then said it was a price error, I was disappointed but really liked the shoes and took them at the increased price, (8.00 more)

Myself and my Mum are regular visitors to Torwood and always feel so welcomed by the friendly, helpful staff. We either visit Blossoms Bistro where there is a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks and excellent home baking and if we visit with my dog we go to the pet friendly Rousay's cafe. Though not a gardener myself I know from friends that there are a wide variety of plants and that the staff are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling as well as being happy to assist you. As a wheelchair user I find there are a good number of disabled spaces in the car park, everything is at ground level and I can get around all of the shop which has a great selection of clothing, accessories, homeware, pet supplies and a lovely selection of gift ideas for all ages. I highly recommend a visit to this friendly, family run business.
