Today we decided to have lunch at Trebaron Newton-le-Willows. I can honestly say it was very disappointing. The range of food listed on the menu is extensive and sounds lovely but the reality is that the food does not live up to expectations or indeed the price. The food looked dried up, shrivelled and dried out. We decided to order soup and a sandwich in the hope that this would come fresh. The soup was very watery and lacked taste and the salad on the plate was starting to turn brown. We had also ordered a slice of cake but this too was a disappointment. The area for eating was untidy and cutlery was dirty. The staff seemed pleasant but rushed off their feet. My mum had not been to Trebaron for several years and I think she summed the experience up when she said 'this used to be a lovely place to meet friends and have lunch but its not worth coming here now'.

I am sorry I have to write this but I think you will understand.
My wife and I are frequent visitors to Trebaron Garden centre in Newton -le-willows2014, . We visited on August12th and we bought a three seat garden swing, which was due to be delivered on Thursday 13th. We waited and it was delivered as arranged, however when we opened the package it was the wrong one, we phoned the centre and they offered their apologies and we arranged for the correct one to be delivered on the 14th, the first delivery of the day. We waited until midday and no delivery, I phoned, then only to be told that the van had broken down, I was not happy so asked to speak to a manager but they were in a meeting for the next hour, I said I would come to the store. On arrival ten minuets later the
member of staff went and found a manager, he apologised again but I was not happy and asked for a full refund which I was given. The manager him self came to our house and collected the wrongly delivered item.
