We bought a number of plants as a birthday present for my sister. When they arrived a majority were half dead, brown and with bits broken off. These cost £80 but they refused any refund or replacement, and repeatedly fobbed us off. They were rude and unprofessional. We do not recommend buying anything from these people online unless you want utter rubbish and a a rude attitude!!!
