A business that has regretfully lost its way concerning true customer service. Sells well but only as long as you don't have a complaint or problem. Has got too big for itself and now believes they are right and the customer wrong. A slippery slope which if not checked will cause decline in its customer base.

Had a superb meeting at the award winning Woodcote Green GC this morning - very good indeed. Wonderful to see school visits going on to see the live reindeer, and the excellent Christmas displays. Not surprised these people have won a garden centre of the year award. Only downside was the poor WiFi reception in the coffee shop, and the rather grumpy attitude therein as well - however, this is one of the few GCs that has 2 coffee shops, and the main one, the restaurant, had superb service, and the Full English was brilliant as well!. 5 out of 5 from me!
