Ordered a silver Anniversary rose,
Website easy to use, good choice of roses.
Slightly limited on delivery slots but was delivered on time and safely packaged.

I purchased a rose for my best friends birthday. The only good thing is it came on time. When opening it, it looked very poor and had no root ball at all. I sent a picture of the rose to world of Rose's but as yet have heard nothing after nearly a week. I was very disappointed with my purchase and will never purchase anything from them again.

Dreadful customer service ordered in August deliverd in December. Wrong rose delivered and they say I orderd the the one delivered but I don't think it possible to mistake the name Ginger Sylabub for Katie.Extremely unhelpful on the phone and not prepared to rectify. Will obviously never buy from them again
