After sitting for some time with a kitchen planner who struggled with their new computer system we were told we could access the plan on line to change it if we wanted to. I made four phone calls to them to tell them I could not access the plan and although one member of staff tried a few times it still would not come over to us as they were having problems. The planner we sat with called me on New Year's Eve from his car to say I could phone him any time but as he was driving home he couldn't answer. I decided to take it up in store and although the manager spoke to the staff and I was offered an appointment to suit me no one bothered to get back to me to make the arrangements. IKEA here we come.
