I am totally disappointed with Elm Park Gardens response to my sons ( David Parsons Facebook review dated 20 September). I bought the stainless steel garden fork for my son's birthday and when he told me it had broken I looked at it and being a Structural Engineer the stainless steel fork section at the T head had obviously failed by material fatigue "after less than two years???".
I went into Elm Park earlier this month (September) and explained this to one of your male team on the counter and there was "no confusion or miss-communication" he asked when did I buy it and I showed him the receipt and he explained that they no longer did that make (now only Wlikinson Sword and other) but if we brought it in they would replace it, which was very good to hear and I reported this to my son. So now it appears that Elm Park are going back on their word.
