Heard there advert on Jackie radio sounded great so though worth the visit… I live in Maidenhead Berkshire so hour drive … when I arrived was absolute shocked nothing like there advert… I was in and out in less than 10 mins terrible choice especially being Xmas plus 20 % more expensive than other places my advice is don’t bother

Absolutely appalling customer service. We selected 6 packs of garden stones which indicated a price of £5.99 each or buy 3 for £15. The bill should therefore, have totalled £30 but we were asked for £36. We explained about the offer but the cashier said in a firm voice "we have to go by the till and the till says £36.
We asked for the manager and they telephoned him and said "so what do we go with, the price labelling or the till" - we were told he opted for the till price of £36. We said we wouldn't bother with the purchase but happened to see the manager on the way out and explained the situation to him. He said in an off-hand manner, we go by what the till says. We explained that that isn't right and people were being mislead. He said, staff key the prices into the till and I can't check everything they do. We said "but we explained at the till that clearly the till was incorrect, you were consulted in this regard and you therefore, had the oppo
