Mediterranean Herbs

‘Mediterranean Herbs’ is a collective noun for a range of herbs and fragrant plants including: Rosemary, Lavender, Thyme, Sage, Marjoram, Mint and a number of others and these are some of the most rewarding plants you can grow. Their leaves flavour everything from meats, soups and stews to pizza and spaghetti.
All of these are perennial and should be planted in full sun. Most tolerate drought and less than perfect soil conditions but prefer good drainage.
