Very good store for variety of good some a bit expensive but good quality. Cafe very clean but again expensive Staff very nice and cheerful Jackie is very helpful looks after the customers needs

Got spoken to very abruptly and with nastiness from a girl at the checkout. very arrogant, left my shopping without paying all I wanted was a bit of help, never going back!

First visit to new cafe. Impressed with layout & decor.Unfortunately no improvement with menu .At 1.30pm was informed certain items were already unavailable. My order of pasta dish was under cooked. My companions dish of baked potato was cold and had to be returned. I was informed that it would be five minutes before any knives were available as there was a problem with the dishwasher.A man in the queue asked whether there was a Sunday roast available and was abruptly told " whatever is on the board". On the good side the coffee and tea were excellent.
There appears to be a disgruntled atmosphere among the staff which is being picked up by the customers. i heard numerous comments by visitors saying that they would not dine again.
