I visit this garden centre at least twice a month and always enjoy my coffee and scone in the restaurant. Today I wanted to buy a preformed liner for a pond. Excellent product and good service, and purchased what I needed. However, we were not allowed to use the exit gate yards from the aquactic centre. So we had to carry this large item through the garden centre, and try not to knock into people. Not the best of things to do during this corona virus. So maybe this needs adjusting to suit better health and safety.

Garden centre good, I am disabled and struggle with the massive concrete slope between the different levels in store
No hand rails to negotiate not falling as balancing going down the incline, not even a carpet. Very poor, puts me off visiting!

Wonderful garden centre excellent condition of plants and variety Would recommend the garden centre to anyone who has an interest in their garden cafeteria excellent and very friendly staff well worth a visit
