Brian did my six wall baskets (not easy to do) but they are absolutely gorgeous, I am so pleased I will be back next year. Thanks Brian.

The centre is very good and most staff are pleasant however there is 1 member of staff that is extremely rude, unhelpful and brash. I have been several times and being served by this employee has left a bad taste I witnessed her being very rude to other members of the public, management must know her attitude is turning people away I will not be visiting often in the future, 1 unhappy customer along with many more as people have said they have had the same unpleasant experience brought on by 1 person.

On a wet winter day the welcome at Notcutts Marlow was very welcome. From an initial "good morning" from a passing member of staff to the exceptional service in the restaurant. This place really does seem to understand the meaning of customer service. Thank you. I'll be back.
