had a delivery yesterday afternoon and whilst unloading with the assistant of my husband, he had a nasty fall at the bottom of our garden. The lady who was unloading was brilliant and helped me get hubby on a chair and made sure he was ok before she left. And then this morning when checking my telephone messages found that she rang later in the afternoon to make sure he was OK...was very impressed and very grateful to find such a caring lady ....Thank you again.......we will certainly recommend this Garden Centre not only for their products but also for their aftercare ...... thanks again.
