As a regular visitor to the garden centre I have experienced increasingly poor service in the cafe.
I visited on the 20th December at 10.15. When the place was quiet even so I had to wait a considerable time as the staff could not cope even when quiet. Perhaps the high turn over of staff is contributing to poor levels of service.

Hilliers Bath is a great place to shop. I visit with my children often, they enjoy the walk through the aquarium and are particularly fond of the coffee shop. (The food has a hearty homemade feel too it)
The service at the centre has always been polite, patient, helpful and informative. It is the centres homely nature that makes it my first choice destination for all my horticulture needs. Plus the kids live it too. Read less
