We visited this garden centre for Sunday lunch on 9june. The lunch was excellent and staff were attentive. My husband is in a wheel chair and as we walked about the plant area afterwards we decided we wanted to purchase some but obviously this is difficult with a wheelchair! I asked a young man with a T-shirt on that said he was ‘happy to help’ and he was! He got a large trolley and filled it with everything we needed, pushed it to the checkout, waited while we sorted out then pushed it to the car and helped me pack the plants safely away....thank you very much,it was a very pleasant experience! We will be back!

Having been a regular for a number of years, im sorry to say that over the past 6 months, it has gone down hill considerably.
From lack of choice outside to general unhelpful staff ( who always seem to be arguing!), to rude managers ( i had an issue with one, and he was very rude indeed).. something that i find astounding in this day and age.
A real shame, as it was somewhere i would spend a lot of money,
Unfortunatly, i will not be returning after the last incident.
Not recommended.
