You recently offered reward club members a free packet of seeds which I took up but was charged for them,Iwent back and complained and was told that my card would be credited with the £2-99p this did not appear on my card so Iwent back to complain.theassistant did not know what to do so asked the Manager 3 times what to do .he did not even come out of the office to see if he could resolve the matter and Iwas told to leave my details and head office would deal with it.This standard of customer service is not acceptable for loyal customers and Iwould appreciate your comments If this matter is not resolved I will contact trading standards as this is false advertising.
