Following the devastating fire at the centre last June, we were delighted to open a temporary garden centre building on site, offering our garden centre shop, Topiary Coffee Shop, Craft Shop and outdoor plant area.

I recently visited wilmslow garden centre to buy some fish from there aquatic centre. On arriving home I added the fish to my tank in the normal fashion. Straight away it was obvious there was a problem with one of them it seemed to be gasping for air and was hiding itself away. I went back to the aquatic centre and informed the manager that I thought there was a problem but he assured me there was no problem and that the fish would be fine in a couple of days. A couple of days past and the fish died so I removed it from my tank and took it back to the aquatic centre thinking they might exchange it for me knowing it was not right from the moment I bought it. But what I got was a cocky arrogant response from the same person who advised me that this fish would be fine all he kept saying was its not his problem and that he would not replace the fish for me. I found the whole experience with them to be very disappointing. I would not advise anybody to visit there customer service is poor.
