This garden center looks like somebody just bought a load of old stuff and dumped it into a building. The layout is ridiculous as you are forced to walk in a circle to go anywhere and there is little to no signage to find anything. Inside area is cluttered and has dirt, dust, spiders webs you name it, and the floor has likely never seen a broom. Outside is like a garbage tip where old slabs and pots come to die. Considering this is supposed to be a garden center you would have thought they would be able to control their weed problem, yet the path is more moss than stone. If you can find a member of staff they generally are too busy running around trying to put stick out than helping the customer and the one i asked didn't actually know anything about the product i inquired about, product training anyone? As I hurriedly left I saw a ginger bloke on the till happily tell probably their only customer for the day that they do not do refunds. Cafe was delicious however and well priced.

I arrived with my invalid mother for lunch and to buy Christmas items and immediately disliked the centres new layout . We didn't like the idea of having to walk o long to get access to the restaurant and signage was confusing. The customer service generally was good and restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. But the centre is a bit overall is shabby (dead plants in pots and neglected interior) and attention to detail. Not good Despite this we would come again
