Plant of the Week - Agapanthus
The lush and lovely agapanthus has large strappy rich green arching leaves and a big ball head of flowers, composed of many individual tubular petals, carried on long stems. Varieties are at their best in the height of the summer, and often grown in containers so they can be moved into a convservatory over winter. Agapanthus enjoy light fertile acidic soil and sunshine!
