I recently went to have afternoon tea with three friends as a gift for a birthday i was really disappointed i had been before and it was fine but this time the sandwiches were terrible no butter or filling on the edges of the bread, cucumber sandwiches with no butter and one sandwich my wife had was stale i could have made an issue of it but people dealing with food should be able to turn sandwiches out right each time perfectly as if they were feeding there own family naturally i won't be returning

Today me and my mum visited dobbies restaurant for some light lunch and a drink. Upon entering the restaurant we joined the que and awaited service, after waiting for 5-10 minutes and no one coming to see if we required anything or to offer to serve us we proceeded to the drinks counter where my mum ordered 2 luxury hot chocolates with whipped cream and marshmallows as we seated it became obvious that apart from the whipped cream and marshmallows there was nothing else to have as the hot chocolate was that strong it was un drinkable and thus was a completely un enjoyable experience and is not worthy of a second visit

I visited the mobility centre at Dobbies Atherstone on 28th April on behalf of my mother to purchase a booster seat for a chair. I specifically asked the assistant who served me if the cushion wasn't right could I have a refund. She said could'ent have a refund but could have a credit note provided it was kept in the plastic cover. I said that would be fine as Mum was looking to purchase a rise and recline chair and could be used when purchasing that if not suitable. The seat was not right for mum so my sister took it back on 2nd May with mum . The assistant said they could not give credit note, not what I was told , so my sister and mum left. If this is the way they run the outlet its a wonder they still have customers, they not only lost the sale of a rise and recline chair we would never go back there!!! Its terrible customer care , and we purchased a chair from somewhere else who couldent do enough for you.
