Visited Dobbies at Birtley on Friday ,and took advantage of the 20% discount offer to purchase a petrol ⛽ lawnmower .However I was pleasantly surprised to find my hobbies card gave me a further £20 off .
The service was also first class a pleasant young man carried 5th mower to the checkout and then to my car.
Well done dobbies great service all round.
I will certainly return.

Very pleasant afternoon myself and a friend had, when deciding to go on a Saturday. We found everything clean, tidy and very well laid out. The meal was good we had in the cafe, found all staff very pleasant and helpful, When going out to the main checkout, Ellen is so a peoples person - she was so nice - definitely we will be going back.

Very pleasant service.The outlet is well laid out with pricings in good view. The cafe is very nice took advantage of our free coffee vouchers.The food was decent especially the cookies which were the size of a tea plate and very tasty to. will definitley be having another in the future. Very good parking facilities also easy access in and out. Overall a decent experience.
