My husband and I have been visiting the garden centre for many years and have always received good service. My husband is gluten free and we can always be sure of a varied and good menu! The meals are well presented and hot. We take our grandchildren with us on occasions and they always enjoy there meals. The staff are excellent! We have bought many items for the garden including plants and tools. The shop has many varied items we have bought books, gifts, clothing and Christmas selections. The children love the sweets! It's worth a visit!!

Rather a tatty garden centre which sells shoddy goods at top prices. The café is not a very clean environment (customer side anyway) and the staff poorly trained. The management is extremely rude and there is a definite difference in the way "regulars" are treated as opposed to visitors they do not recognise. The food in the café is poor and dinners arrive rather cold and sometimes wrong. Don't dare complain however, the customer is always wrong.
