Staff are not at all helpful. Went in 9/6/20 for some bark chippings, they only had 1 ripped bag. Webasked a staff member if they had any more and was told they would be out later and he just walked off. We then spoke to another staff member who told us to find someone in the garden department and they would get us some, finally found someone else who said to go to the customer service. We could not find the customer service desk so asked someone else who said they don't really have one and proceeded to tell us they don't replenish stock until the stores shut and to try again tomorrow. Then the only way we could find to go out was through the tills.so after waiting 20 minutes in a que to get in we still wernt helped.
