I have just recently moved to Tottenham Hale and have visited your store and bought over £100 worth of products for our new apartment. Both times in your shop your staff were very unhelpful. The first time we asked which light bulb we needed for a touch lamp, one of your staff just pointed to the shelf and said look there... We still had no idea which one to get spending a further 5 minutes figuring it out ourselves, we asked another member and he was just as useless. Today I went in and needed some cupboard paint, no one was around to talk to so a lady put out a call to get someone to come over to decoration and still another 5-10 minutes went by.. I've got a lot of patience but not that much. I saw a member of staff and oh he was on his phone to his girlfriend whilst stacking away the paint and ignoring the fact I was stood there now with two others looking at there watches. On my way out, I had 2 pots of paint and 4 lamp shades and there were no carrier bags. nit good service.
